INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONSUMER CANCELLATION/RETURNS

It may happen that you have placed an incorrect order. Unfortunately, I cannot change anything about your order afterwards. If you have placed an incorrect order, please send an email to info@beautystories.nl

If the order has not yet been shipped, I can cancel it and refund your money so that you can still place the correct order.

If you only find out after the order has been received by you, you can return the order to me at your own expense as I sent it. This is registered and in original condition.

I will assess the order myself. If the product or packaging is unnecessarily damaged to try the product, I can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So pack it well. You are responsible for the return shipment.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel the contract and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you have physically received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Beauty Stories of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive the payment you made back (with the exception of shipping and return costs) as soon as it has been received and assessed by Beauty Stories.

Beauty Stories will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Beauty Stories may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods.

You must send or hand over the goods to Beauty Stories without delay, but in any event not later than 7 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel the agreement to Beauty Stories. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Beauty Stories would like to point out that if you have ordered multiple products with different delivery times in the same order, the cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you in advance, has received the products. Beauty Stories expressly reserves the right to refuse an order for multiple products with different delivery times.

The cost of returning the goods will be at your expense. You are responsible for the shipment.
